Rachel Finch avoids overeating with this key breakfast tip


Rachael Finch’s secret to stop herself ‘overeating’ will be met with applause by nutritionists everywhere.
The model eats breakfast almost as soon as she wakes up. She shared the easy tip with her 270,000 Instagram followers.
“I usually like to eat within an hour of waking up. If I wait too long for breakfast I notice my body goes into a stressful state & I then tend to overeat!”

While an early breakfast is part of her daily routine, she is also a fan of the occasional fast.
“This is of course not relevant when I choose to do an extended fast once every few months for deeper health benefits.”
The 30-year-old, mum of two implores her followers to do what works best for them, rather than slavishly following advice.
“Remember that all bodies are different though and you may infact thrive by fasting through breakfast each morning.
“It’s all about listening to your own body.”
